1. Agreement to Terms

By browsing this website or engaging WeeSofty for web development, digital strategy, content creation, or social media management services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between WeeSofty and its clients.

2. Scope of Services

WeeSofty provides tailored digital services including bespoke website development, social media strategy, short-form reels, graphics, AI UGC videos, and monthly analytics reporting. Specific deliverables, delivery schedules, and scope boundaries for each engagement are formalized in individual client project proposals or service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure seamless project execution, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate brand assets, information, and required approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all materials provided to WeeSofty (such as logos, images, trademarks, and text) do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.
• Maintain ownership and administrative authority over their registered domains, hosting accounts, and primary social media handles.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Upon full payment for completed web development or content creation deliverables, all custom final graphics, video edits, and website source code created specifically for the client become the property of the client. WeeSofty retains the right to display completed non-confidential project snapshots and links in our portfolio showcase and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Quotations & Payments

WeeSofty does not display fixed public pricing as our solutions are customized to client scope and goals. Pricing is provided via customized written quotations or WhatsApp consultation. Work commences following receipt of the agreed initial milestone deposit or retainer invoice.

6. Third-Party Platforms & Algorithms

While we employ industry-leading creative strategies and data analysis to maximize reach and engagement, social media algorithms (such as Instagram, YouTube, and Google) are controlled entirely by third-party platforms. WeeSofty cannot guarantee specific follower counts, viral views, or algorithmic distribution beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeeSofty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime on third-party hosting, platform account suspensions, or changes to external social network APIs.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing monthly service engagement by providing 14 days written notice prior to the beginning of the next billing cycle. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.
